i particularly like this house because the architect intentionally wanted to use the wooden trunk as it is.. and did not try to shape the log into a straight beam. Gives the house a somewhat distorted but organic feel . its a pity that this idea of "organic" architecture can't be applied in the modern context of a high rise building. and even if it were possible.. the probability of the expression of 'organic' coming through as a contrived gesture is all too high

i quite like this wooden house.. it was designed by a prominent artist in korea yup

I think koreans find it amusing that people whom they think look like Koreans can't actually speak Koreans.

Here's a korean little kid.. we found during a excursion trip. and he was calling Huixian a gorilla.. cuz maybe she looks like one?? "nyaha"

most terrible news

This blog hits a crisis.. cuz.. just yesterday.. i accidentally formatted my whole hard disk and formatted my computer..
which means.. all my pictures taken in korea are gone..
all thats' left of the pictures i've taken are found in this blog..
